Adidas: I Got Skill

Due to the greater number of young people earning college degrees and the increasing educational demands for entry level jobs, the linkage between higher education and employment has weakened. Therefore NYC millennials are earning lower wages than prior generations. Adidas is showcasing the fact that playing sports can equip these young people with specific core and soft skills that can help raise their level of employability.
